CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you'll be happy with your purchase/s but we understand that you may change your mind and wish to return your order or an item.
If this is the case, we will be happy to provide a refund, exchange or replacement. Please note we do not offer free returns unless you are returning a faulty product. Please email or call us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a refund, exchange or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns & Exchanges
We can only accept returns or exchanges if the item is unworn, undamaged or unused. Items excluded from our cancellation, returns & exchanges policy include, products made to your specification; perishable or edible items; pierced earrings and items which are sealed where the seal has been broken.
Please take good care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and return the item/s in a good condition, re-using the original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shopping method to track the status of your return as we cannot accept the cost of any items lost in transit.
We are unable to offer free returns at this time unless you are returning a product because it is faulty.
All online orders are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch however, if you find that your order is wrong, or if any of the products are faulty or not as described*, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will refund the price of the products together with delivery charges and any reasonable delivery costs that you incur to return them to us. *Please remember that all products sold through Shop Hub are handmade and bespoke so there may be slight variables in the design and colour.
If you are returning an order that has arrived damaged after transit, we will do our best to claim compensation through Royal Mail and provide you with an exchange, refund or shop credit. Please photograph the damaged packaging and/or item and contact us immediately.
If you wish to cancel your contract prior to us dispatching your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the procedure above.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
If you still wish to return your order, please download and completed a returns form and include this within your parcel.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
